Great Smile Company delivers products to USA customers. This shipping policy is a part of our Great Smile Company policy. Before placing an order, customers should take a look at our shipping policy. We only ship all to the United States.
PROCESSING ORDERS
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to accommodate any delivery instructions added to your order. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then the responsibility is yours. Contact to discuss further.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Courier Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Great Smile Company.

We charge the following fees for shipping:
Standard USPS Shipping (3-5 business days): $3.60 USD
Insured 3 Business-Day Shipping (2-3 business days): $6.97 USD
Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days): $38.92 USD
Processing Time or Handling Time: Our Processing Time: 1-2 working days. (Monday-Friday)
Order Cut-off Time: Our order Cut Off Time is 5:00pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)
Transit Time: Our Transit or Shipping Standard Time: 3-5 business days. (Monday-Friday)

We use USD.
DELIVERY ISSUES
It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging and will be at our cost.
